From start to finish the service and interaction was great! First time purchasing a car and I did not know what to expect, let's just say towards the end I felt that I was in good hands and was buying from the right business. Never felt pressured, as you would feel by some businesses because they want to make a sale. Was given so much space, time and freedom to make a decision. Felt very relaxed.

I have bought many cars over the years and have had nothing but problems. I've had promises made and not kept, I bought a car and 0.5 mile down the road the engine light came on and the garage said it was just a fuse (it wasn't and the car kept cutting out on the motorway!) I have never had any luck with any of my cars until I came here in early 2019. I bought a peugeot 107 and traded in my knackered fiat punto that had miserably failed it's MOT. The peugeot I bought from here has just been fantastic - I've not had a single problem and today it passed it's 2nd MOT since I had it with one small advisory. I was so pleased with the customer service and the very helpful man who dealt with my sale. I would not hesitate to return here or recommend you.

I was only buying a relatively cheap vehicle but I was treated with courtesy, respect and consideration throughout. I thought the pre-sale service and support I received was professional and informed. Telephone calls were answered promptly and calls were returned quickly where an answer couldn't be given immediately. The sale itself was quick and efficient. Overall a very positive experience. And the eleven year old car I bought is a gem.

I have been to a few car dealers that always put pressure on you to sign this or that for something you are not even sure of. This was far from it. Very informative and knowledgeable about the product and if they didn't know they would be honest about it and say...'I will find out'. Felt no pressure whatsoever which made me want to buy from them because I didn't feel like they are just trying to get rid of the car.

My car buying experience at Walmersley Trade Ventre was excellent. Not only because of the car I bought which was as described and lovely, but also the courtesy I received. I test drove 2 cars on my target list and was left to scrutinise both with no pressure or hard sell at all. The paperwork thereafter was dealt with in an efficient and friendly manner, and the p/x on my trade in was very fair. I recommend the company, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them if I decide to change again. Though unlikely, because I love the Avensis I bought off them.

I'd recommend Walmersley trade centre to anyone because they were not pushy, most show rooms leap on to you straight away but this dealership allowed me the chance to have a good look around before I made a final decision between 3 cars ... very professional and a great customer service.

Lovely guys and my buying experience was wonderful. Very happy with the vehicle, after sales support has thus far been superb and of all the second hand car buying experiences I have had this is by far the best. A big five stars from me and I would recommend to anyone. The car is great as well and I have been assured that I can call should I have any issues with he vehicle. I took them up on that offer, with a small issue and they resolved very speedily. I will be buying again from Walmersley Trade Centre and I can only commend them for their superb customer service, advice and post sales support. A++++++++++

I wanted to change my car and saw a replacement. On arrival the guys couldn't be more helpful. They made the sale easy and bent over backwards to make sure that I was happy. They even tried to rush the finance through because they knew how desperate I was to have my beautiful new car. On collection they made sure that everything was done and nothing was too much trouble for them. An absolute pleasure to deal with and if I ever change again I will certainly go there

When I arrived after seeing the vehicle I wanted in an advertisement, I was slightly apprehensive. The staff member was helpful in providing information on the cars at his disposable. Once I had made my mind up as to which vehicle I was going to buy, everything was dealt with and finalised in a week.

Living on a remote Scottish island has it advantages but not when it comes to buying cars, we decided to purchase the Audi TT from WTC blind based on the pictures and telephone conversations with the garage, the car was duely delivered by transporter some 530 miles one way trip and have to say the car was actually better than described totally impressed and would definitely recommend this dealership and would most certainly buy again from there.

Received first-class treatment from Asif and his staff. They couldn't have been more courteous and nothing was too much trouble for them. Asif said that the car was in excellent condition and, on viewing and test-driving it, that appears to be correct. We were not told of any faults and so far the car is running well.

AT the time of my purchase I had no car so for a small sum the dealers brought it to my house from Bury to Burnley. The transaction was smooth and with a warranty thrown in with the price. Early days yet re the car but so far no problems at all and I love driving it.

Saw an Audi on his website and travelled up to view on a saturday morning when i arrived i thought it had been sold as it was parked at he rear of the compound with no price on the screen ,so i asked if it had been sold already and was told no they had removed it from sale as they had picked up a fault with the clutch and it needed fixing before he would sell it.I asked could i view it anyway and they said sure and because i had travelled so far if i decided to buy he would sort the problem and honour the price it was previously advertised at,suffice to say after test driving it i agreed to purchase but i have to applaud his honesty as the clutch fault was hardly noticeable ,a slight rattle on the dual mass flywheel that being in the trade i could hear but honestly most people wouldnt have! A week later i picked up the car with 12 months mot and a new luk clutch fitted with receipts over all i very happy customer will definately look here when i need another car.

From start to finish this was a great experience. Started off emailing the garage with queries and they couldn't be more helpful and were very quick to reply. Went to view the car and again they couldn't be more helpful and friendly. Within an hour I'd bought the car and the fact it needed a tyre change first that was no problem. Went back a couple of hours later and it was all done to drive away. A very pleasant experience and I would recommend them to anyone.

Purchased my Nissan Qashqai from Walmersley Trade Centre a few weeks ago. The whole process was so smooth and my mind was at ease the whole time knowing that I was getting an honest service. There was no high pressure sales tactics and Adam even said that he wanted me to be 100% with the car before buying.

The car itself is amazing! At £10,250 I am glad Walmersley sorted out a great finance deal for me! The finance application process was swift and I got a decision in 30 minutes and was out of there in an hour!

Would definitely recommend these guys!
